  • Why a Compelling Press Release is Your Company's Best Friend

    Partner 12:00 am on June 30, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply

Chances are that whether you are the owner, manager, or public relations director of a company, you are always looking for ways to be in the public eye. While advertising is important, it doesn’t provide the credibility that PR can. Al Ries, marketing guru and strategist says in his book The Fall of Advertising and the Rise of PR, “For most companies today, PR is far too important to take a backseat to advertising. In many ways the roles are reversed, PR is in the driver’s seat and should lead and direct a marketing program.”

A smart way to apply Ries’s advice is to secure valuable publicity for your company by appearing as a guest on talk radio. It’s a great vehicle for speaking directly to thousands (and sometimes millions) of listeners tuning in to hear what you have to say! In the enthusiastic words of one of our clients Dr. Cass Ingram, “Our sales have grown into millions per year from talk radio interviews alone! Regular, consistent radio publicity really works!”

    Imagine that being your success!

Appearing as a guest on talk radio is a fantastic marketing medium, but if you are not media savvy it is difficult to know where to begin. The first step would be to know how to write a powerful press release for this specific medium.

When it comes to press releases most people believe they just can write one, email it to a list of radio stations and sit back and wait for the avalanche of phone calls. But as time passes and no producers are beating down their door, they make a few phone calls to the producers and hosts only to discover that no one even read the release in the first place. So, all of that time and work goes down the drain bringing you back to square one.

    How to Get Started

The most challenging part of writing anything is getting started. Looking at a blank page with a head full of ideas can be frustrating. Which one do I use? Which one will get the response that I need?

The first step is to understand that you’re writing to radio hosts and producers who are inundated with press releases and phone calls every day. They are looking for the hottest show ideas that their listeners will enjoy.

So, come up with a show idea. Easy? Well not necessarily easy, but it is your chance to flex those creative muscles. Think about how you can tie your product, service or message to a newsworthy story that would grab the attention of a producer. Think outside the box a bit: some of the best radio show ideas live there!

Now that you have your show idea there is something else to consider: why should a producer interview ME? The answer is simple: Radio shows need experts, not unqualified guests sharing opinions.

And, you are an expert! Think about it: who knows your product better than you? You can talk about the problems your product solves with more knowledge and enthusiasm than anyone else out there.

With a good show idea that ties your message into the news — combined with your experience and expertise on the subject — you now have the tools to start working on a radio release that will get producers calling you!

  • Business Networking: You're Not In It Alone

We’ve all heard about people who have made fortunes working alone and independently, but those people are few and far between. A better way to make money and to make sure that your position stays stable even when the market isn’t is to take a look at business marketing. Many wise people in business understand that they are not a single solitary entity; their business relies on a number of others, and only through good business networking you make sure that you aren’t going to get left behind. Whether you are struggling with your business or you are simply looking consolidate it a little bit, you’ll find that one of the most important things that you need to think about is what business networking and advertising can do for you.

The first thing that you need to think about is that no matter what business you are in, you are now playing in a global market. You might be thousands of miles away from where your product is made, and you might not even be in the same country where they will end up. If you have a call center, there is a chance that your representatives might be halfway across the world. This is just a symptom of a larger trend, that is, where people of the world are linked more closely together than ever, and if you are in business, you need to know that.

When you think of things like good customers or loyal accounts, you will want to think about how you got them. For many of us, finding the right clients has been a matter of referral. If we do work that someone else likes, they’ll talk about. Word gets around and slowly, more people become interested in what it is that we do. If you find that you are interested in expanding out, in many ways, you need to do it through advertising, but how can you find the right method for you? We are all familiar, directly or indirectly, with marketing plans that simply fall flat on their faces and to move forward, we need to minimize that as much as possible.

When you work with business networking, you are going to be in a place where you can take advantage of the networks of others, without having risk to yourself. When you reach out to work with others, you will be kept updated on the latest news and events, and you will also find that you are in an important place to be able to teach and inform others. This builds up a great deal of trust and rapport that is important to any business.

Succeeding alone is extremely difficult, if not impossible. You need the contacts and the alliances that business networking can bring, and you’ll find that one of the best places to get where people are making connections that will change the way their business operate. You’ll find creative people who are looking to work together towards better business networking, and you’ll find an important place for your talents!

  • Social Media Networking- Why Should I?

    Partner 12:00 am on June 28, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply

One of the objections I often hear from people is “I don’t have time to network online!” but do you have time to

    * Professionally Network
    * Find a new friend
    * Share your ideas
    * Build your business
    * Market yourself
    * De-stress?

    What about:

    * Elevate yourself as an industry expert
    * Establish connections in other industries
    * Increase the efficiency of your networking
    * Offer introductions to your niche-experience on a daily basis?

While online networking is not the “end all, be all” of making personal connections, it has one valuable strengths that very few real world venues have- economy of scale.

If you have the time to introduce yourself to one new person a day, wouldn’t it make sense from a business perspective to take that same amount of time and be introduced to fifty?

When I write this article or post to a forum, my thoughts are communicated to dozens of potential contacts, perhaps even thousands. If I went into a coffee shop with the expectation that I would have to say the same phrase over and over again to a hundred different people as I look for a good connection, it would take me days of effort. I would spend the entire time trying to expand my network with little result. In my best real world opportunity, I would attend a networking event where I may have the chance to meet people in groups and who are willing to listen to my message.

Considering how much time I wasted in the real world trying to connect with a hundred people as I restated my statements and repeatedly asked for permission, the basis of networking online is that readers have given me permission to talk to them and they assemble in groups for me. If I am sharing thoughts of interest, they are actively engaged with what I am saying. I don’t have to approach them and get a cold shoulder, its more like I am talking to a group of people at a cocktail party and they come into the conversation by their own choice.

The beauty is, this cocktail party is happening 24/7, 365 days a year.

That has amazing relevancy. Readers choose to join the conversation. I don’t bend their arm to listen. If they find value, they start talking. If they don’t, they move on. For decades marketing has tried to force the idea of “opt-in mailing lists” for physical and electronic mail, as well as frustrating us with the need of “do not call” lists to maintain our sanity on our personal phones.

Case in point- Right now, I have no control over whether you are reading.

As an industry expert, imagine the power of sharing your ideas and thoughts. People who are interested find little bits and pieces of inspiration and insight, and they either join the conversation or move on. Blogging attracts people as it is one of the only true “opt in” medias. If you don’t like what I’m saying, go Google someone else!

If you are interested, join my conversation.

Take Biznik as an example of “economy of scale”. There are 10,000 members browsing through the site and pondering different ways to connect. If I had to assemble 10,000 people in real life, my first challenge would be to actually listen to all 10,000 people.

    30 seconds per introduction X 10k members = 80+ hours of introductions.

When I think about that time, I realize that my elevator pitch needs to be refined to an exact art and that I need to remember to pack a few bottles of water.

Now compare that to writing on the community forum or blogging this article. It took me thirty minutes to write this. Over the next few weeks several hundred people will read it.

Every single person who actually strikes up a conversation with me after reading it is pre-screened and wants to have a more in-depth discussion. On top of that- they can look at my existing social media testimonials to discover even more about me, and when they do contact me they have taken the burden of responsibility to find out who I am, rather than me taking the responsibility to tell them.

By taking the time to put myself out there in the online world, every real life interaction coming from this conversation is pre-qualified and interested in what I do. As time goes on, every introduction I have online becomes a growing archive that adds to who I am. Unlike a conversation I had over dinner last night, this very article will attract interest from readers six months later. Even when I am sleeping peacefully, someone may be introducing themselves to who I am.

Whether or not you find me personally or professionally interesting, I have no control over. Yet I will never know until the introduction has occurred.

    My question to you-

Will you take the time to give me the information I need to find an introduction to you?

  • Free Tips on MLM Success

    Partner 12:00 am on June 28, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply

Hi. Is mlm success important to you?

I am sure it is. But, are you investing your time and hard earned money purchasing motivational tapes, mlm leads or tickets to seminars held by your network marketing company?

The truth is many network marketers do these things. However, after many months or even years their dream of saving time and money is still unattainable. This can be frustrating.

If mlm success is important to you then continue reading. That is what this article is all about. I will discuss hints that I picked up while running my own mlm business such as:

    1. Not Focusing Too Much Attention on the Product. Not even if they are the best on the market.

We are trained to believe that the goods we can access are the best on the market. Therefore, everyone would want them.

Based on my experience in mlm, I do not think this is true.

In reality customers do not purchase products simply because we (network marketers) tell them that it is the best. Even if we personally had favorable results using the products. It takes a lot more than just that.

Furthermore, today the mlm industry is not a respectable business venture. Why is this?

Because of the poor prospecting strategies we use when selling our mlm opportunity. Here is an example.

I was invited to a meeting once by a network marketer. But his methods were so sneaky that I refused.

Here is what he did. He approached me and said, I have a business proposition for you but I cannot tell you what it is right now. However, I will explain everthing tomorrow at 7:30P.M.

I was so amazed that I did not know what to think. Then he continued by asking if he should book a seat for me at XYZ Hotel.

His network marketing strategy was unprofessional. I was convinced that his business was drugs or something illegal.

And unfortunately, this is the exact view many hold towards mlm. I guess the industry needs more professionalism.

And that brings us to my next point. Network Marketing is Not for Everyone.

Many consultants or IBOs believe that mlm can work for anyone. But the fact is not everyone can own and control a successful business, whether it is mlm or a traditional business.

Furthermore, not everyone wants to be business owners. Some people are quite happy as employees.

Sure, being an employee has its disadvantages. But some workers are comfortable trading time for money and would not give that up to become a network marketer or any other type of business owner.

Moreover, there are people who get into network marketing to get rich quick. They are the worst downlines you can ever have and should be avoided.

Then there are those who do mlm because they are buying hope. This means that they are not interested in learning to win at business but are relying on luck. They too should also be avoided.

So here is my advice. If you spend precious time and money on persons who are not cut out for mlm then you will run into financial difficulty and also have little network marketing success. Take a look at the video called The Quixtar Scam on youtube and you’ll see what I mean.

I know you maybe wondering how do I sell my mlm opportunity and products to the right persons to experience mlm success. Well, here are some questions hints.

Do business with only serious persons. In other words, do you thoroughly interview your prospects before you sponsor them into your mlm business or do you just accept anyone who says they are interested?

All serious businesses depend on a day to day business system for leverage. Is there a system in your mlm business?

Every successful organization has a monthly marketing budget. Do you have one?

Sales is the lifeblood of an mlm business. Do you know techniques of selling?

Bill Gates said that in five years time every business will be located on the world wide web. Do you think the internet can help in experiencing mlm success?

  • Customer Experience: Fine Architecture or House of Horrors?

    Partner 12:00 am on June 28, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply

Imagine what would happen if you had dozens of architects and hundreds of contractors all working on your business. Now image if there was no master plan and each individual spoke his or her own unique language. It’s not hard to imagine that you would have something that would resemble the Winchester House – the now-famous 160-room house that was cobbled together over a 38-year span with no master plan. The house is notorious for stairs that go nowhere, doors that open to a 2-story drop, and a maze of rooms, hallways and doorways that can perplex even the most seasoned of navigators.

Losing site of the big picture can happen to even the best of businesses. When short-term business challenges inevitably arise, decisions can be made in haste to address them. Without a master plan, those seemingly innocent decisions can begin to create a burden for the company in the long run. Independent and uncoordinated business initiatives can result in processes that don’t connect, systems that don’t play well with others, and departments that develop their own unique business lingo that is not universally understood by others.

Like the Winchester house, each individual project may seem like the right solution at the time. However, the compound affect of numerous independent and uncoordinated projects and solutions can result in an Achilles heal for the company: True change becomes increasingly hard to accomplish; integration and sharing of key business data slows to a crawl; and enabling cross-functional processes (aka end-to-end processes) becomes nearly impossible to accomplish. Each function may seem content, but the business as a whole can begin to suffer due to inflexibility, knowledge hoarding, and turf wars.

Indicators that your business may suffer from the ‘Winchester House’ syndrome:

    1. Process Indicators: Business processes are not well defined or understood and each function prides itself on simply doing whatever is necessary to get the job done, even if it requires winging it now and then. Each functional area designs, develops, and manages its own unique processes with little or no sharing of best practices across functional areas.
    2. Technology Indicators: Each functional area has its own set of business applications and data. Applications often don’t work well with others and data is not consistent across departments. Key business information is fragmented and stored in multiple locations and collecting data to conduct company-wide analysis is a long, difficult, and largely a manual process.
    3. People Indicators: Individual functional areas have very specialized people, and it takes years to train new employees to learn the ropes of the business. Employees care only about their functional area, have their own set of performance goals and metrics, and don’t understand how or why other functional areas get things done.

Unfortunately, when companies lose sight of the bigger picture and become a victim of the Winchester House syndrome, the customer experience invariably suffers. Customers can be inconvenienced by inconsistencies between touch points, lack of integration between channels, and absence of a meaningful relationship between customer and company. The company’s internal processes, policies, and infrastructure often get in the way of providing the customer with what they want: an emotional connection to the company powered by great service.

SEE THE FOREST THROUGH THE TREES

Businesses that want to avoid this fate can and should establish, adopt, and diligently adhere to an enterprise customer experience blueprint; a holistic model that defines how every component of the company should work together in a seamless and consistent manner to enable and optimize the customer experience. Furthermore, the enterprise blueprint can help a business to develop a detailed master plan for where the business is today and where it is going.

An enterprise blueprint can help any business to avoid the Winchester House syndrome by serving as a detailed model for how the customer experience is influenced and enabled by the compilation of people, process, and technology assets. A comprehensive enterprise blueprint will consist of a detailed definition and model for each major component that comprise the business. This model can be invaluable for identifying any current deficiencies as well as charting a future course for the business.

A comprehensive enterprise customer experience blueprint includes several key dimensions:

    1. Customer Experience Lifecycle (Customer): A formal definition of the customer experience lifecycle process from the customer’s perspective. The process includes a complete end-to-end view of how customers are attracted, acquired, facilitated, served, and cultivated well after the point of purchase.
    2. Enterprise Business Process (Process): A formal and detailed enterprise process model that defines all major processes, sub-processes, and activities that comprise the enterprise. Ideally, the process model should be defined as a hierarchy to allow both low-level analysis and optimization as well as executive-level roll-up of detailed activities into larger process areas.
    3. Enterprise Systems Architecture (Technology): A complete information technology model that identifies and defines key IT capabilities, applications, data, and infrastructure. Ideally, the components of the IT architecture model should be expressly linked to the customer, process, and people dimensions of the blueprint.
    4. Enterprise Organization Chart (People): An enterprise-wide organization chart that includes an up-to-date definition of the reporting structure, roles, and responsibilities.
    5. Enterprise Business Metrics (Value): A standardized definition of all key business metrics that includes a definition of how the metric is calculated and where key data is sourced from in the enterprise.
    6. Corporate Strategy (Strategy): A clear and well-defined strategy that sets the long-term goals and directions for the company. The corporate strategy should include components to define specific strategies for areas such as the brand, market, product, service, price, promotion, channel, and customer experience.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BLUEPRINT – IT DOES YOUR BUSINESS GOOD

Businesses that are seeking clarity to their current and future business environment can develop their own customer experience blueprint by identifying and analyzing their key business assets:

    1. Assemble available business artifacts: Gather all available customer experience processes, business processes, technology architectures, organization structures, business metrics, and strategies that are available for the business.
    2. Identify gaps and inconsistencies: Evaluate the existing business artifacts to identify what is missing, where inconsistencies or duplications occur, or where additional detail is lacking for each of the major dimensions (customer, process, people, technology, value, and strategy).
    3. Create standard definitions and assemble the blueprint: Create and agree to a common set of standards to accurately define and describe each dimension of the blueprint and close any gaps that are identified. Consolidate and summarize all artifacts into a comprehensive enterprise customer experience blueprint and keep them up to date. Use the blueprint as a management tool to guide the business going forward.

Developing and using a comprehensive blueprint has its benefits; businesses that define and maintain a comprehensive enterprise customer experience blueprint can improve their return on investments, increase productivity, and improve the customer experience:

    * Improved ROI: Initiatives that are better aligned with the enterprise blueprint can result in fewer conflicts and duplication of efforts. Furthermore, short-term efforts can be better aligned with long-term goals so that all resources are rowing in the same direction.
    * Increased Productivity: Business can run more smoothly and produce more for the same or less effort by leveraging common resources, speaking the same process and business metric language, and by using a common and consistent set of information. Furthermore, businesses can make better decisions based on a more holistic and consistent view of enterprise-wide capabilities, issues, risks, and opportunities.
    * Improved Customer Experience: Businesses that have aligned their people, process, and technology components are better equipped to provide meaningful customer experiences. When aligned and consistent, the business infrastructure can serve as a true enabler – rather than a hindrance – to powerful customer experiences.

    EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Over the course of the lifetime of a business various business challenges, opportunities, and issues will arise and be solved by numerous and seemingly innocent business decisions; decisions that result in new processes, organizational structures, and systems. Without an overarching blueprint to guide these decisions, however, the legacy of various and uncoordinated initiatives can be crippling. As more and more independent decisions are made, the weight of inconsistent processes, duplication of duties, and incompatible systems can burden both the company and the customer.

Business that want to avoid this fate can and should establish, adopt, and diligently adhere to an enterprise customer experience blueprint; a holistic model that defines how every component of the company should work together in a seamless and consistent manner to enable and optimize the customer experience. A comprehensive enterprise customer experience blueprint includes several key dimensions including a 1) Customer Experience Lifecycle Process (Customer), 2) an Enterprise Business Process Model(Process), 3) an Enterprise Systems Architecture (Technology, 4) an Enterprise Organization Chart (People), 5) Enterprise Business Metrics (Value), and 6) a Corporate Strategy (Strategy).

If your business were a house or building, what would it look like to your employees and customers? Would it be structurally sound, open, and inviting? Or would it be cluttered, broken up and difficult to navigate?

Having the right blueprint can make all the difference.

  • How to Start an MLM Business

    Partner 12:00 am on June 28, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply

So you are interested in starting your own business? Here is a quick mlm training course on starting your business.

Firstly to start an mlm business you must register with a network marketing company. This is done by purchasing a license from one of their mlm consultants.

This person becomes your upline and you their downline. In other words you and your upline become business associates.

Additionally, the license gives you the right to sell the companies goods and also their business opportunity. For this, you are paid a commission.

So, now you have a fair idea of what network marketing is about. Great. Here are some free hints on being successful at mlm.

Firstly, be careful of who you choose to listen to. Ensure that the person who you purchase your network marketing license has goals that are similar to yours.

When I started, I made this mistake. I purchased my license from an MLMer who was doing business because he just wanted food in his refrigerator.

His goals were too small therefore his thinking was also too small. So he was not looking for ways to improve his business.

Also the tips he gave me in selling products and the mlm opportunity were totally unprofessional. As a result I learnt very little from him.

So, evaluate your goals and try to match yourself with someone who is professional plus on the same page.

Here is another hint. This tip is crucial to the success of your mlm business.

All successful organizations install day to day business systems to help leverage. What are business systems?

Have a look at the book called The BI Triangle by Kiyosaki. It gives a detail explanation of business systems. But in the meantime, I’ll give a brief description. Business systems are:

    1. Tools for leveraging. Leverage is the ability to do more work with less effort, time and money.

    2. Simple and easy to duplicate. This means that anyone can use the system.

    3. Able to work 24/7. A business system that runs 24/7 means that you can make money everyday all the time. HINT: The internet never sleeps, use it.

    4. Capable of providing an exit strategy for the business owner. An exit strategy means that you do not always have to be present when your business is running. You can be on vacation and still make money.

Did you get it? Okay. Here is a real life example.

Ever thought about purchasing a Mc Donalds franchise or license. If you do you will be provided with the equipment and procedures to make an average Mc Donalds burger.

The equipment and procedures are the day to day business system. The employees you will hire do not require any special cooking skill. The system does all of that.

In fact, where I come from, there are persons who work in fast food restaurants and do not even know how to cook. Ironic huh?

The truth is this, the system is simple enough so any worker can duplicate it. Therefore, business is able to take care of itself.

A business system in your mlm is crucial for network marketing success. I came to know this after four months of doing business manually. So, I went shopping for a system.

So now, when I do sell the business opportunity to prospects, I also provide them with an entire automated system. Just like Mc Donalds.

So, here is my advice. Purchase your mlm opportunity from someone who will also provide you with a day to day business system. I wish someone had told me that before I started.

Here is another bit of advice. Business systems are only half the story of starting a successful mlm business. The other half is having a marketing budget and strategy.

Marketing is the tools used to attract persons to your business. These tools include: business location, advertisements, offers as well as communication.

Every successful business uses marketing. Whether it is a network marketing business or a traditional business.

I use the strategy of educational marketing. This simply means that I give away free information to attract interested persons.

This type of marketing is becoming more popular. It is one of the most effective ways to overcome the resistance people normally have towards a sales pitch.

You see everyone loves to buy stuff but no one loves to be sold too. But almost everyone loves to get something that interests them for free.

Here another example. Do you look at cable tv? I am sure you do.

Have you ever seen the ad with the guy who is giving away the free DVD about buying and selling on eBay? This is an example of educational marketing. Have another listen to his advertisement and try to see what he is really selling.

I think educational marketing is the future. The internet is becoming the number 1 location for both business owners and consumers. But surfers go onto the internet to get more information than products. So, as a future entrepreneur you should be thinking of supplying to your customers needs.

Use this type of marketing when you start an mlm business. I guarantee that you will see results.

These are some of the things I learnt. I am passing these hints on to you because that is what business is about.

I hope this information was of value to you. Plus, I wish you good luck in your mlm business.

  • Business Simulations: Learning to Run a Better Business by Playing Pretend

    Partner 12:00 am on June 27, 2008 | 0 Permalink | Reply

Growing up, we’ve all had dreams of being a fighter pilot, astronaut, space explorer, ancient warrior, or any of a million different occupations throughout history. Unfortunately for most of us, we don’t ever get to live out our childhood dream, instead settling for a simulated experience in a video game.

Sometimes the simulations are so real they have a place in real life. Prospective pilots, for example, train on realistic simulators in order to help them improve their skills. The effectiveness of simulations for training hold true in our real-world roles as businessmen and managers as well. Just like a pilot training in a simulator doesn’t have to worry about dying in a fiery crash should he or she make a wrong move, business simulations are a perfect way to practice management skills; you know, for those of us that never made it to our fantasy occupation.

A business simulation is a great method used by manager trainers today to allow managers and business owners to practice different scenarios and discover potential outcomes for their actions. There are two main types of business simulations that are often used. The first is called scenario based and the other numeric based.

    Numeric-Based Business Simulations

Numeric simulations have less of an interactive role as the trainee is presented with items such as income sheets, employee counts, cash flow statements, and so forth. The trainee must make decisions that result in the numbers being changed. For example, incoming cash flow is down so the trainee must decide on the best way to decrease expenditures, whether it be through decreasing the number of employees, closing locations, shutting down specific departments, or even increasing expenditures by pouring more money into marketing.

Each decision is run through an algorithm and results for each decision displayed. Numeric based scenarios are designed more to provide how decisions made at a high-level affect a company’s numbers, thereby giving the trainee experience on making high-level decisions.

    Scenario-Based Business Simulations

Just as the military uses war games to help officers develop strategic thinking, battlefield analysis, situational awareness and other skills necessary to leading and managing a military operation, business trainers use scenario-based simulations to develop a business owner’s or manager’s financial analysis, market analysis, teamwork, leadership skills, and more.

A scenario-based business simulation is sometimes also called role playing due to the fact that trainees act out situation with the trainers. Throughout the scenario, the role playing may be interrupted to allow the trainers and trainee to discuss the situation, review the actions of the trainee, and talk about the outcome and why it happened that way.

Executive Perspectives (epsims.com) helps businesses learn and improve by training them through business simulations. The author, Art Gib, is a freelance writer.

If you want to experience customer service like you’ve never experienced before, then rent a private jet. You will be overwhelmed by the high quality and premium customer service that you experience.

The staff on a charter airplane is trained to provide incredibly strong customer service, and you will notice this the moment you step on a plane.

First of all, the staff works around your timetable. You decide when to eat, when to sleep, and even better, you decide the exact itinerary.

Secondly, the staff works for a smaller company, so they can communicate better and they can concentrate better on your needs. Thirdly, the administrators of charter airlines work to forge significant business relationships.

They want to cultivate business connections so that they may continue receive your business. So, they will normally do whatever they can to ensure that you are happy with the quality of their private jet service. Finally, charter flights offer better customer service simply because they are less crowded and insane than commercial airlines.

    You Are The Timekeeper

You make all the decisions on a charter flight. You decide what type of food you will eat, you decide when you want to sleep, you decide what kind of movies and music you want to listen to, and most importantly, you decide your departure location and your arrival location, as long as there is somewhere to land in these places.

When you communicate these requests to the charter airline, they will implement your requests immediately. Some charter airlines even have mutual business relationships with notable caterers, so they can provide you with an extensive menu. The point is, you hold the power to conduct the flight as you please. This is one of the greatest advantages of renting a private jet.

    Smaller Is Better

It has been proven that people who work in smaller groups communicate more effectively with one another than people in large groups. This is proven in Malcolm Gladwell’s book The Tipping Point. In any case, the tightly-knit group of pilots, stewards and stewardesses know each other well, and work well in tandem. In addition, the heads of charter flight companies are normally savvy professionals who know how cultivate business relationships with elite clients.

All this means is that you will receive specialized, devoted service. They will dedicate their heart and soul to providing you with the best customer service imaginable. You can’t understand this until you try it, but trust me. I’ve personally ridden on a private jet, and it was the most pleasurable flying experience I have ever had in my entire life.

    Forging Relationships

When you hire a charter airline, you will be able to speak with someone who holds considerable power within the company. This is because charter airlines want to cultivate long term relationships with their clients, because they know that their clientete is elite.

Unlike commercial airlines, where a mid-level manager will speak to you rudely and then send you on an endless journey through bureaucratic red tape, charter airlines and charter flights specifically focus on maintaining personal contact with their clients. In this way, you receive special treatment, because you are not just a number, you are an individual. You can make your voice heard, and the charter airline will respect you. Renting private jets is no small matter. Private jets are only for the discriminating customer.
